With more that 5 GW of solar thermographic projects completed, we know that through all stages of the solar lifecycle, from commissioning a PV plant, to day to day operation, ensuring that every panel is performing at peak efficiency is the key to maximizing production.
Exanter use the latest data and technology to continuously improve all our processes. We adhere to the highest industry standard IEC TS 62446-3, follow a quality management approach and are ISO-9001 certified.
We have developed sophisticated machine learning algorithms, and applied it to high-resolution thermographic images - captured to our specifications - to obtain highly accurate results which you can rely on. We do not use thermal orthophotos, as this approach delivers inferior and inaccurate results. In addition, we also use in house qualified thermography specialists to verify all content.
The outcome is that when Exanter is used, less time is wasted by our clients chasing false positives in the field, and less time and effort is required to key the facility operating at maximum capacity.
Our Process

A quick discussion to understand your needs. We will provide an overview and demonstration of Exanter, capture of key information. A quote will follow within 48 hours of request.

On acceptance of a quote, we will set up a meeting to plan the data capture and review key information required to complete the job efficiently and safely.

Exanter and/or one of our pilots will attend your solar plant and capture data. Alternatively we can provide specs and guidelines to your pilots.

Exanter will analyse your data with mature ML algorithms, then a qualified and experienced thermographer will ensure findings and insights are accurate.

Within 5 days of capture Exanter will present findings and provide access to the E-Solar platform - based on 100 MW plant size or smaller.
